INITIATION
Dive initiations begin in a controlled setting either in Villas Caroline's swimming pool or within our lagoon. Once you become comfortable with the equipment and techniques, you’ll progress into the big blue.

After completing the initiation, our instructors will accompany you on a dive off the lagoon.
If you feel you need more time or reassurance, we offer additional initiations to ensure you are confident every step of the way. At Exploration Sous-Marine, we are committed to supporting you throughout your journey.
